Now that i am into this diet 6 days and i am seeing and feeling much better and i really didn't think i was gonna make it those first couple of days cause ALL i could think about was CARBS and they are everwhere since i have a 3 year old it was hard to get rid of everything but i am REALLY proud of myself for getting here and now i really don't want to stop i want and i am going to makeit to my goal now 6 days ago i would have said i am NEVER gonna make it but here i am and it getting easier. So thank you everyone for ALL your support!!!!!!
