Hey Everyone,
Today is day 2 of the master cleanse and I have to say that day one was not as hard as I thought at all. I did get a slight headache yesterday but it was tolerable and I HATE headaches. I didn't however feel hungry. I lost 2.4 pounds and I have 9 more days to go. Overall right now I feel excited and optimistic.
Tomorrow will really be hard because this is the day that my office provides breakfast, lunch and beer for the the staff. I don't know how I am going to get through that but I have to tell you seeing the pounds come off is a great form of encouragement, the best.
Please feel free to offer any suggestions and or ask questions.
