I gotta stop eating mcD's for breakfast! My staff are a bad influence! I need to up my willpower and say NO!

I havent had McD since March and yes it was hard. I was having withdrawal. LoL. I dont know how I did it but when I have cravings for it, I just think different restaurants because we all know that McD is not the only fast food around.

I'm good for lunch, it's the breakfast that is killing me! My staff either make a McD's run or to a burger joint for their big breakfast! I know I shouldn't, but it's so hard to say no!

Treat yourself to every once in awhile to a McD's breakfast. Skip the hash browns - just get a sausage biscuit and some milk!
