According to my weigh scale that I have in my house, I lost another pound, Awesome!
Weight Watchers has really been helping me to lose the weigh, even though I do not necessarily follow all of it. but going to the meetings makes a difference to me.
Weight Watchers makes me be accountable, keeps me self aware of my goal, I get a booster shot of new motivational information each week, I get live interaction with others aiming for the same goal as myself and of course their suggested system of eating the right foods.
These are the reasons that have been helping me lose the weigh.
