Day 168; I truly feel like I am starting from day 2 and not 168 days since I am getting back on track but oh well did well again. Since I am working my 12 hrs shift next few days I set my eatting plan up already. Still havent hit the gym yet. Plan on that tomorrow. Wanted to go tonight but cant leave the floor at work to go down there:(. The app on my phone for this wedsite makes it really easy to fast scan my foods in love it.

I'm glad you're doing well. You've been in this game a while, and you know what you're doing. Get to the gym when you can, but the MAIN thing to lose the weight will always be calorie control. Well done on prepping the day.

I got a break and was able to leave the floor so I did make the gym and did 1.10 mile in 15 mins.. ya me...
