1st day at the Gym...I've been doing a transition for the last month from Atkins to this diet....the most difficult part to leave are the carbs!...for the last year I honestly wasn't following any diet at all, but I did try to always up the proteing over everything else... butleaving all bad carbs is killing me, the cravings are awful!..anyhow, I'll give it my best shot...I do have to drop some weight and soon, i have a wedding to attend on march, so, let's see how it goes...
