Went on vacation last week, literally and figuratively, and am quite surprised to see the number went down. I'll have to get back to tracking so I can keep seeing the number go down.
96,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,9 kg.    Sisa: 23,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
