Keeping my cals under 1500per day, carbs under 60per day, my weight is not moving. I'm getting frustrated

Move towards replacing some of your foods with veggies and maybe a bit of fruit (berries can be good). Have patience you may be insulin resistant and it takes time.

Do you ever binge eat? Maybe when you binge you eat so make that it back tracks you.

Are you counting calories so religiously that you track before you eat? you use a food scale on the grams section to make sure you track as accurately as possible?

Take your calories to 1200. Keeping your carbs under 60 and no cheating will get you there.

I took a look at your diet calendar to see if I could figure out what it might be that's stalling you. I saw that some days there's only 300-600 calories. Are you logging everything you're eating?

It works. I don’t post my stats but I’ve lost 63 pounds since October. My Endocrinologist recommended it and she was spot on. It’s not too hard once you grow accustomed to it. Now that I’m entering maintenance mode I’m having a hard time increasing my calories. She recommends 1600 cals and 90 carbs for maintenance.

I wasn't tracking religiously on here, until recently. I kind of cut back, but since I've cut back on carbs this app is better so I can see amounts. 1500 calories isn't too bad, I mean I eat every meal, veggies and meats normally.. I'll keep tracking it and see. I've been packing snacks in single servings so I don't binge eat.. I get migraines and eating makes my headache go away for brief moments, so on headache days I notice I do snack alot more.

How long have you been stuck and what is your daily activity look like?

I have 4 kids and house work, so I don't get much exercise in a day. I maybe get 2 days a week I get to the gym. I know being a mom isn't a excuse not to exercise, just have a hard time finding time

I noticed that only if I work out a lot and do not eat anything other than a little fruit after 6, I can lose weight.
