well I have found out that working midnights is hard when your on a diet. I am trying to keep my points in check from day to day but when you are going to bed at 9:30am some days and 10:30 pm others it is really hard to keep straight when one day is ending and one is starting. I didn't do so well with my food on the fourth but I really worked myself out hard when I got off work. I like the weight history chart on here, but it stinks that I won't be able to weight this thurs because we will be out of town for two days. I want to see my little blue dot fall farther and farther down the chart...lol.. good luck everyone this week and keep up the good work.
