So today was supposed to be a Steak Day today after a weekend of indulging, but I was sooo hungry and craving that by lunch I had to eat instead of waiting for Steak.

Emotionally I am having a really hard time with the weight range I am in right now. This was the weight I was at for years and years during the last part of a bad marriage and for the next years after that it was a difficult time in my life. I was around 165 for more than 10 years. I keep sabotaging myself from even maintaining a weight a few pounds less than 165. I worked myself up to 167.4 this morning with holiday eating and today I was supposed to get back on track but I was not able to make myself do that. I ate things I was not supposed to and in larger quantity than I should even though I still ate fairly healthy. Eating healthy is not my problem (I almost always eat healthy) but the quantity of food I eat has to be smaller in order to maintain much less release that weight.

I want to do my best to get back down to my LSW and get rid of those 8 pounds again in the next 3 weeks of phase 3. Either way I will start over on my next round of HCG. I just feel like I have to get past these emotional road blocks or all the hard work I have done will be for nothing. I know I can maintain the losses but I have to work trough the emotional baggage.

Like today I knew what I was doing by sabotaging myself but I couldn't stop even though I knew it was emotional. I wish I could get to the bottom of my emotions and the reasons for them.

Ok enough of me whining. Tomorrow will be a different day and hopefully I will be able to move past these issues and
