Back on track and doing pretty well. Trying to make sure I exercise for at least 30 minutes every day this week. So far, so good.
Yesterday I tried to enter my food, but I kept getting thrown off line. So here is what I had:
BREAKFAST 1/2 Hardees low-carb breakfast bowl = 1C
LUNCH 6 slices of bacon = 0C 1/2 cup of salad with creamy garlic dressing = 2C
DINNER Chef salad with all the fixings = 10C
SNACKS a couple beef nuggests = 1C 1/2c low-carb ice cream = 4C
Yesterday was the last day of the two week Induction for me. I didn't do as well as I would have liked, but I'm fairly happy with myself, nonetheless. I've decided that I'm going to go forward on a "modified" induction. I am going to incorporate a few more items into my diet, but still try to stay below 20C a day. I am such a foody and I need a little more variety. So, I'm going to add some "staples" for me - some nuts, low-carb tortillas and low-carb pasta and a little more cream. I am going to try to keep these selections down to no more than twice a week. But I think it will help me to stay on track with these choices.
