Well, I exercised last night but wasn't able to do much. Sometimes it's just difficult to move, I just feel exhausted, but I did do something. Stayed up late to bring in the New Year. Hubby had to work. Slept in this morning till about 9, got a lot of Christmas stuff put away, made a banana bread and had brunch. Ate two slices of that bread while conversing with my hubby over coffee. Shouldn't have done that, but the times we have to sit and talk are few and far between so I made an exception . . . then I sent the rest of the bread with him to work to share with anyone who wants it :-) too dangerous to keep here at the house. On my way to exercise, but wanted to make sure that I document in my journal first. I had eggs this morning, and will have leftovers tonight for dinner. Probably a chicken thigh and a green salad with a flax seed oil and aminos dressing with some apple cider vinegar. Happy New Year, everybody!! May this next year be better than the last.
