I am now weighing once a week. Exercising twice a day. Eating smaller portions and staying away from alcohol. Never getting too hungry before I choose something healthy to eat. Somewhere from age 35 - 39 the cellulite on the backs of my legs is wild. Most of my workout in the am is focussed on legs and core. Then I do a orange theory (hit fitness) in the afternoon. Weekends are still runaways and that is where I am losing a lot of my progress. This Sundays weigh in will be my most interesting weigh in yet. Quite excited for it... I feel like I can get a better grasp on my goals this way.
