Sure this is eggplant .. i cooked them halfway with some butter .. put them in a pan with 1 tbsp of tomato sauce in the oven for 10 mins ... then take it out and crack as many eggs as u want on top of it .. i dod 4 add your favorite cheese ( i used red cheddar) and put them in the oven untill eggs are cooked and cheese is melted ...
U can add garlic herbs seasoning ..to the tomato paste ..

Of course u can add ground beef .. or omit the eggs ... deppends on ur preference..
