Hi Everyone! I'm new on Adkin's. I've done it before with success but I'm a little rusty. I was on the South Beach Diet and lost weight but have put it right back on. Protein seems to work best for me and keeps it off the longest. My belly is my main problem area. Since I've had kids, It has a couple of extra inches of fat hanging on it. When I say "hanging" that's exactly what I mean!!! YUCK! My goal is to be healthy by age 40....13 months away. Any tips for belly fat or loose, saggy skin, I'm all ears!!
