So after 200 days of totally forgetting about tracking what I eat… I’m back. I have kept working out and gained only 3lb during the effed up period, but my diet is a mess now. Let’s start over and get everything back on the healthy track.

Wow! Only a 3 pound gain is great! I gain 3 pounds when I over do things for one day. Good for you for keeping up with your workouts and I bet you'll be just fine with your diet once you start logging again.
