I'm up way too late and I'll be going to bed shortly. I wrote an entry a few days ago but I think I deleted it. Anyway, it said my weigh in days would be Sundays. I like that day, it's what I've always used when I had a weekly weigh in day, but I'm changing it to Saturdays. I'm part of a weight loss group on another site, and their weeks run Sunday to Saturday. I could keep weighing in on Sunday and just be one of the first to weigh in every week but that's weird for me. Weighing in on Saturday instead would mean I would weigh in the last day before the week's results are posted, and I like that idea better.

Nobody cares about that but me, I'm sure, but that's what a journal is for! And I really only make mention if it because that means tomorrow is going to be my weigh in day. I'm excited for it, I've done pretty well this week and I'm expecting a decent loss. I'll only truly expect a pound, because I know I've lost at least that much and don't want to be disappointed, but I'm pretty sure I'll get something more like 1.5-2lbs. Even if it's less, that's okay. There's no way I simply maintained and surely no way I gained, so hey, a loss is a loss! And even a 1lb loss would get me to 10lbs lost since I joined up here; that's a nice little milestone!

Now off to bed to get some rest.
