i finally lost some weight! yeah! i have a few more lbs to go to get under 200 and i am super excited. however i am on vacation and will be on the road for a few weeks, so im sort of nervous about that, but i have prepared myself mentally and will do as much running as i can in the hotel workout room! this is my way of living now... not a diet!
