ended up eating way too much yesterday. Maybe because i knew i was watermelon fastingtoday. Notgood!!! Anyway back on track. 3 hours of yoga/meditation today allready. and lots of watermelon. ahhhhhhhh I love the feeling of watermelon and meditation together.

Just for 1 to 3 days ,you eat only watermelon. And meditate. Its not for when you need to work or even drive. I do it every couple months for usually one day when Im working something out in my meditation. My mind feels clearer and calm. You do pee alot!!!!. Not so much for weightloss because its such a short fast

Sounds good I try it. I meditate as often as i can and have done yoga with my wife it gives you a great deal of energy I find..

I think you will enjoy it. Slight change of plans. Doing a dance class later need energy just had some protein bread/apple. Hopefully i will do well. Watermelon back for dinner
