Decided I needed to start tracking everything I eat again and take pictures to keep myself accountable. Time to start taking my health seriously.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 09 April 2019:
1517 kkal Lemak: 35,35g | Prot: 65,85g | Karb: 242,04g.   Makan Pagi: Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries, McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, Lactaid 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Honey, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup, Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet), Coffee, 2% Fat Milk. Makan Siang: Mushrooms, White Rice, Marketside Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Meat, La Croix Tangerine Sparkling Water, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Makan Malam: Potato, Meatless Enchilada with Cheese, Green Enchilada Sauce, Rosarita Refried Beans, Spanish Rice. Camilan/Lainnya: Libby's Pumpkin Pie, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). lagi...

I need to track my food to keep myself accountable plus I always find something I need to change to achieve more weight drop.

@Masters2020 I kind of think that the Tangerine La Croux tastes more like the smell while you're peeling a tangerine than actually like a tangerine, but I like them better than water sometimes and they don't have any fake sugar to keep me craving sugar. They're an acquired taste. They're not that bad once you get used to them.
