Up 500 gr this morning but I sat at home all day yesterday and also had a small bowl of ice cream quite late last night!

Back to it this morning, breakfast underway and lunch already prepared to take to work. Dinner will probably be a salad with the leftover salmon.

I don't know how I'll get a walk in, it's very cold and pouring with rain. Maybe I'll have to dance instead? That could be fun :)

Edit - The craving for chocolate last night can now be put down to PMS although I had no other symptoms at all! I've noticed before, and it's worth remembering, that when I eat a diet devoid of processed foods and full of fruit and vegetables I get no PMS symptoms, either mood swings or cramps.
