i feel good even though i haven't lost any weight in the past few days. i am staying the same though. i am a little frustrated i don't see any results of my exercising though... i know it will happen, im just waiting for it. i tried on a bunch of jeans last night in hopes that they would fit... and nope. they go up and zip, but i have a little muffin top. ahhhh well maybe in another month or so.
