i feel good even though i haven't lost any weight in the past few days. i am staying the same though. i am a little frustrated i don't see any results of my exercising though... i know it will happen, im just waiting for it. i tried on a bunch of jeans last night in hopes that they would fit... and nope. they go up and zip, but i have a little muffin top. ahhhh well maybe in another month or so.

You want to see some great results, add in some interval training or strength training a few days a week. Doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred a few times a week will help you see results. The FIRM also has some great DVD's. You can get some out of the library to try them and see if you like them. It takes time with exercise and diet to see those results. You are doing great.

thanks i will try one...i have been doing the wii fit plus and i have a few dvds that i haven't tried. i guess its time to step it up. thanks again!
