week two of watching my calories! i feel pretty good, although i don't see much of a difference yet, im sure it will catch up. im still on a long journey, but im glad im doing it! i have to admit this fatsecret website is addicting. i love logging in my exercise and food... it hold me accountable for what i eat! im gonna get under that 200 mark this week!!!! 4 lbs to go!
