Sunday, productive day and I was better until the evening. Ate too much for supper but mostly vegs (lots of parsnips & zucchini) then met friends 9p for quick drink since one going to holidays. But ok with it. On the drive home passed MacDonalds with empty drive thru. Wanted to stop but then realized not sure what for. Did drive by & made it to 6:15am spin this morning. So far the week looks good. Have a good Monday. Looking fwd July 1st. Booked 2nd off. It seems to be finally summer. I hope!
