I think I have an account in every "weight loss" site out there. But this is by far the best! At first I didn't think I would use the journal. But now I want to share wit someone out there that for the first time I am losing weight and this is easier than expected! Staying at1200 cals a days not too bad! I started off saying if I can do this for a week then I can pig out on this weekend. And I did eat out and buy my oh so missed jumbo bag of chips and ranch because it was my treat to myself! And the num on the scale went up higher then my starting weight. =( now that I'm so close to 199 which I haven't been in for about a year I DON'T WANT to eat AnyTHING that's will mess me up!
