today wasn't the best of days for eating, however we did go to a birthday party and i ate only a fourth of what i would have usually eaten... so i am super excited about that! im still under my calories but i know they were all bad calories. i am very proud of myself control though and not eating as much as i would have! this counting calories and logging every thing you eat is really working for me! now since i did eat that 1/2 a piece of cake i am going to run...here i go!
