I am in the process of moving and while packing and cleaning I found paper work from an urgent care when i was 8weeks pregnant..(my son is now 20 months just to give a time frame). I slipped and hurt my ankle but they couldn't xray due to being pregnant...anyway, I saw my weight....202.. and that was the beginning of pregnancy...i probably ended up somewhere between 245-250. Almost 3 years later I am 169...I guess I was just shocked that I was that heavy to begin with..a lot of my weight gain is from medication i take daily but I wasn't eating right either. It just feels good to be healthier. I even was able to stop taking blood pressure meds. Things like that help reinforce that I am making good choices. 😁
