I am so afraid to weigh in tomorrow. I know that it is the time of the month when I am retaining water, but I don't know if I will be able to handle a weight gain on the scale even if it is only temporary. So should I just not weigh tomorrow or should I weigh and just look for a big drop next Thursday? It is insane that a number on the scale can make me this anxious!

You are just fine....you know that the gain is most likely due to that time of the month, so don't stress!! You are doing great, no matter what the scale says, it is just a number! As long as you feel good about yourself you are just fine!

Usually if my weigh in is at the time of the mointh I tend to skip it a week, just for my sanity. It is totally up to you, be prepared for the worst and you may even be pleasantly suprised:)

Don't freak out about the scale, just wait to weigh yourself. You are doing such a great job.
