not quite the loss i was expecting which is a little dissapointing but ts better than no loss at all! SCRATCH THAT!! i weighed in waaaay to early this morning so i think my numbers were off i then went back had a nap got up and weighed myself 3 times and i was at 172.8 which is much better i am soo happy with that number :)

today it is 28C (82.4 F) so i shall be lying in the sun and relaxing untill 5 when i have my training session :)

Just remember, you had a major workout so your muscles may be retaining water. But like you said, a loss is better than no loss = )

I think i actually weighed in too early this morning it was about 5am which meant i had only been a sleep a few hours i went back to sleep and woke up weighed myself 3 times and each time it was 172.8! so yay afterall will probs edit journal to reflect but wanted to let you know anyway :) x
