Roadtripping back home today and tomorrow. Making the best choices I can from fast food restaurants- so hard, because by definition fast food is unhealthy. I have a strong suspicion that I won't be losing any more weight this week...

Its tough but not impossible. I try to stick with Chic Fila and Subway when it comes to fast food and remember those small pizza joints will typically have salads/wraps avaialble.
