Ok people fire up your grills and grill red peppers, zucchini and summer squash! So freaking good. I also grilled some baby bella shrooms they were tasty as well and guess what I made 95% lean burgers on the grill super yummy. I feel they are not good fried in a pan but on the grill very tasty. I always cook a lb when I make burgers.. I make it into 4 patties 1 for me and two for my husband. Then I have one left over for lunch the next day. Well today I did all of that and my husband said.. next time only make me one, I am trying to consume less calories. I was glad for him to hear that. Also he tried the grilled veggies and liked the zucchini.. try it people.. it is good.
