This will be my first weekend watching what I am eating! I usually did good during the week then gain all my weight back during the weekend. But since I have started a new way of living and not a diet I am super excited to see how this weekend is gonna pan out! I love seeing the scale go down and I don't want it to go up so I am gonna stick to it! I am ready....bring on the weekend!

I have the same problem. My hubbys metabolism is ridiculous and when he's home for the weekend it's like a fat food fest. I've done really well this weekend and I'm so proud! This is the first weekend in a long time I haven't indulged in his bad eating habits. Keep up the good work, you can do it!!!
