Today I made the keto Caesar dressing that I made before but didn’t have all the right ingredients. So I finally found the anchovy paste, at Walmart FYI. I also had to buy a lemon squeezer. So today I made it and it was very good BUT I could’ve gone lighter on the Dijon. Calls for 1-1/2 tsp and next time I will forego the other 1/2 tsp. It made enough that I didn’t use it all. I actually took a pic of the inside of my fridge which is, I hope, full of all good stuff.

It’s gorgeous here today. Have to go spray weeds.
