It's been awhile... things are going up & down and work is busy!
The weight is kinda ok... nothing spectacular but I am going to gym and working out as well as watching my diet, not so bad!

Yesterday we had an earthquake in Toronto... I didn't feel it but I'll mark it in my journal.. nothing major, about 5.5M.
Today it's a slow day at work because of Quebec's National Holiday (St-Jean Baptiste)... so work is fine and it gives me time to write a little bit in my journal.

I started a new thing in gym, every time I go I will do 2 different workouts, one will be my same old workout and I added a new one.
The new workout consists of 80% cardio... I walk the stairs cardio machine (did 100 floors 2 days ago...wow!!) and then I switched to 2 different types of ellyptical machines... I burned quite a few calories and then went to do my mat exercises, stretching, abs, legs and arms... worked out well and I am quite happy! This way the routine won't be boring!

Hope everyone is doing well, I am sorry that I havnen't had the time to look after my buddies and support anyone, but, sometimes in life, things get in your way and you gotta deal with it!
