I've been exercising more last 2 months. Riley & I go for walks 6-7x a day. I have a pretty decent size yard & we do anywhere from 4 laps to 5 each time. I'm still doing my stretching exercises , morning, & evening. Plus Riley & I have started our version of zumba or jazzercize; just dancing, bouncing & exercising to music couple times a day for 10 minutes, on good day maybe 5 on bad ones. Plus will play fetch for an hour in evening trying to ware her out for bedtime. Went to doctors today I lost 1 pound in the last month. Seriously its better then none or gaining, barely. Doc says problem isn't my ear, I have neuropathy. Nerve pain which is causing the really bad ear aches & sharp spikes of pain in my ear. And it wasn't Bells Palsey. I have but. something called Ramsey Hunts . On high note My neurologist was happy, I've only had 2 migraines this month & both lasted less then 48 hours. A lot better then the 5 or 6 that would last 3 sometimes 4 days. Heck had couple last year that lasted 2 weeks. Couldn't handle light , noise , even the air touching me hurt. Part of time everything would be surrounded by wavy colors, or shimmery, & would make me throw up. So don't miss those. 😉
