Ok well I had a GREAT workout today, I ate great. However at night, I had some chocolate frozen yogurt with resses peanut butter cup topping. About 7 oz cup.

Im feeling a little bit guilty about the uneeded sugar in my body however I am viewing it as a treat and continuing on and doing great for the next 4 days to get to a weigh in on Monday!

Even with the fro yo, Im still at 2,099 cals. i wouldnt call it a complete failure!

It happens to the best of us! But you have a great mindset in just taking it in stride, it's not like you can take it back, so good job on just moving along right on track!
