Nice! Soda is my downfall. I also stopped drinking it and it’s been 2 weeks.

I cut soda too since mid January lost 21 lbs I don’t miss the soda but hard thing is too drink enough water to stay hydrated .keep up the good work wish you well

@Jkfranke and @Redino1, I broke a lifelong habit of diet soda (mostly Coke and 7-Up) by switchiing to water, and having it at my side no matter what I was doing.

Ahh, didn't get that Brandioberry - I'm sure you can do it. You might think about dealing with loose skin through your weight loss journey - I used gentle dry brushing and wore a compression garment at night to encourage the skin to contract while I lost.
