I’m over-carbed. I knew I would be. When I get migraines I swear they need to be fed but right now I’m down again and feeling like everything I’ve eaten today, could come up at any time. And actually I haven’t eaten the pudding yet so maybe won’t. I’ve got antinausea Med, think I have to take it.
