I make a buffalo chicken dip (canned chicken breast, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar) Usually I eat it with tortilla chips. However I'm trying to be healthier, and shed these extra 30 lbs. Any suggestions on what I can eat it with or on?

I make the same thing except with shredded chicken I make in the slow cooker. I love it on a salad, or on a pita bread (Joseph’s brand is 60 cal, and has a good amount of fiber so it’s quite filling).

If you like oven roasted cauliflower just spoon the dip over a mound and it will be like buffalo chicken cheese fries. Ohhh that sounds really good now.
