I am cold turkey quitting soda! This is a very hard task for me as I typically consume 5-6 20 oz sodas a day! Pray for me. Im trying coffee to help ease the caffeine withdrawl. So if anyone has suggestions on ways to minimize caffeine headache (ill be honest I don't like coffee) please let me know :)
