A bag of chips ... four crackers ... and a piece of chocolate ... The worst of it is that I cannot identify the underlying issue ... Almost half of todays carbohydrates are pretty much junk (although I never consider chocolate as junk, just as a treat ...) I will have to rethink my carb intake for breakfast, it seems that it makes me hungry instead of full ... I also noticed that by drinking stronger coffee I feel somewhat sleepy. Maybe I have to cut back on caffeine. I just have to listen to my body! And take it to the gym tonight!!!
