Disappointed with today's weight loss but that's my own fault. I went out yesterday with some friends and ended up having a couple of beers. Next time I'll stick with water. I did good at dinner, I only ate half a ceasar salad with grilled chicken and very little dressing. In fact, one of my girlfriends made the comment that I had great will power. I'm not to sure about that. Still fighting my two biggest weaknesses - sweets and carbohydrates.
