Day 10
I've almost lost 10 lbs. I feel like that's a real milestone in this journey. I'm really proud of myself for not giving into temptation and giving up. Last night I had one bud light and logged it. I thought I couldn't just have a beer when I went out with my friends but 🤷🏼‍♀️ my will power came through for me last night.

That’s how you make this plan sustainable! Limit portion log and consistently/most of the time stay at goal. Rarely/inconsistently go over by a few hundred just to build endurance

Lol us that love our diet and don’t feel the need to cheat are doing this diet. It’s called the “flexible diet”.

Keep going it gets very easy and delicious. Meal prepping is a great way to achieve success and enjoy the journey there is no rush 😉
