I'm wiped out today. But happy that I made my RDI yesterday! 2nd day in a row that my calories burned were greater than my intake! YAY! Must keep moving.
I tried to get my husband on board to help encourage me but all he did was start telling me what I should and shouldn't do. VERY discouraging. I hope I find a buddy to encourage me soon.
