I’ve been struggling with my weight for two years now. I constantly am and gaining or losing. Despite these fluctuations, but body has been steadily feeling more comfortable.... meaning that I don’t see massive stretch marks as much anymore or have extra skin that hurts me. However, I would really like to lose those last extra 10-20 pounds for good (depending on my how much is appropriate for my body type) so I can finally feel confident in a short denim skirt, which has always been my dream to wear as a young lady! How do people overcome cravings and binge eating? I find it hard to consistently be losing weight if I’m not on a diet, and I haven’t been on a diet for the past two years.... a lot of the time I have just been living.

I do low carb/high fat and intermittent fasting. I fast anywhere from 16 hours to 48 hours and working at going longer. Fasting has a lot of great benefits including weight loss and healing a multitude of issues. I am not on a diet but rather a way of life.
