Unofficial weight this morning 68.9kg. I am up with only 400g. If all goes well I will be able to lose that with my double training session tonight...

I have also booked 6 sessions with a personal trainer and starting this week. Hopefully it will give my weight loss a boost.

Whoo hooo!!! I'm rooting for you and you are an inspiration for me :) Last week I was very bad with my workouts but I'm also aiming to attend all my training sessions for this week. Saturday is my double session day...
