going to the county fair today. wish me luck! Im trying to eat well before I go. I did some lite walking this morning and am eating lite. going to try to stay away from soda. anything I eat at the fair will be bad. BUT, I will be doing a lot of walking. I need to remember to take pain releaver with me.

Congrats for joining. I hope that we can be of support for each other. Stay away from all the sweets and pastries. Drink plenty of water. Carry a bottle around with you at all times. Sometimes that helps. Looking forward to our process.
