Since I’ve been maintaining my weight which I’m totally happy with and very proud of myself not one pound gained since my surgery. Now that I’m slowly getting back to walking the treadmill should I keep eating the same amount calories? I’m assuming when I’m back to full force workouts I may want to up my calorie intake a tad? Just frustrating and I know I have to listen to my body but still mad about it lol

I feel ya there! There are a lot of maintenance calculators out there but once you see what they say vs what works for you...I don't know that they are super correct. I think that they are more of a starting point than anything else.
