Day 3 So last nights dinner put me just over my calorie count, but I guess the excuse is Valentine's Day ❤️ But I only ate half and I don't know if it's a good idea to eat the other half tonight or just toss it out. I don't wanna throw off my calorie counts two days in a row!
Today I'm feeling confident that I won't be starving by dinner, my breakfast and lunch will be flavorful and filling. However, food is always on my mind, I'm constantly thinking about different recipes to try out. I'm really a foodie at heart🤷🏼♀️
