Today was pretty ok, I decided to incorporate slimfast shakes in my lunch as well, and i wasnt even that hungry, i guess the optima lasted the four hours they claimed.I also had fruit and nuts inbetween to help.

I was also worried that the Green tea tablets that Ive been taking weren't working, however it I think I just needed some time, as my appetite was curbed today.Hopefully with the exercise I did this evening and having the 2 shakes and one meal will help me at least lose one pound today.Im going to try this for the rest of the week.
